How does the SimpleMove® rebate program work?
When you buy or sell a home through the SimpleMove® program, you can receive a tax-free cash-back rebate. WHR Global creates a referral agreement between ourselves and the licensed real estate brokerage, allowing us to credit part of your agent’s commission back to you in the form of a rebate. The rebate is up to $5 for every $1,000 of the transaction value. For example, a $300,000 home sale could earn you a $1,500 rebate.
Note: Rebates are not available in all 50 states and are subject to agent commission agreements. The rebate amount may be reduced if your agent doesn’t agree to the terms of the referral agreement or operates on a reduced commission percentage (e.g., less than 3.0%).
If I'm working with a real estate agent prior to signing up, can I still receive a rebate?
Let’s talk! This will depend on your personal circumstances and if you’ve already signed agreements with a real estate brokerage. However, even if you’re not eligible for your home sale, for example, you may still be eligible for your home purchase!
