Simple Move is available to you if
you are considering the purchase and/or sale of residential property. Eligible
properties include primary residences, vacation homes and investment
properties. Your eligibility to receive cash rebates for real estate
transactions depends on a few simple requirements:

You have not already enlisted the services of a real estate broker for the
particular property you wish to buy or sell.

You register with the
Simple Move program and use a
Simple Move referred real estate
firm.

The purchase or sale transaction does not take place in a state where consumer
cash rebates for real estate transactions are prohibited ( click here for details
